Fruit Cobbler

FEATURED ON GOOD MORNING AMERICA!!! Piney Hollow Fruit Cobblers are made in a 9" x 13" pan, baked fresh.  A cobbler has a fruit base that is thickened a bit, but not gelled or solid. The "crust" is a sweet biscuit on top with a sprinkle of coarse sugar.  Different than a pie, there is no thin crust beneath or around the filling.
